Komal Misra

Komal Misra is the Chief Financial Officer for Starry Inc., a wideband hybrid fiber wireless technology company focused on building competitive, affordable, high-quality broadband across the United States.

She joins Starry after serving as the Global Head of Corporate Finance at IPsoft, a privately held Artificial Intelligence company, where she led all FP&A, procurement, investor relations and corporate development functions. Prior to IPsoft, Komal was the Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Finance reporting to the Chief Financial Officer at Cognizant, a Fortune 200 Company. She has also held roles at AllianceBernstein, AT&T Bell Labs, Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) in Mumbai, India and Punj Lloyd Private LTD in Delhi, India.

Komal earned her MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She received her Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Cleveland State University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Regional Engineering College in Kurukshetra, India.
