Matthew Lopez

Matthew Lopez is an experienced technology and network operations manager, currently serving as the Tier 2 Manager at Starry, Inc. since June 2019. In this role, Matthew supervises national network operations and oversees a growing team of Tier 2 Network Analysts supporting the Starry Comet, a new radio technology for single-family homes and small MDUs. Prior to this position, Matthew held various roles within Starry, including Tier 2 Lead and Senior Technical Support Lead, where responsibilities included troubleshooting network issues, contributing to product development, and enhancing customer support processes. Additionally, Matthew has a background in technical support and event management from previous positions at Preferred Data Systems and The Event Company, and an educational foundation in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
