Colleen Watson, MPR, CSM, is a seasoned marketing specialist currently working at Start.ca | TELUS, where significant achievements include a 47% increase in new residential internet customers through impactful marketing strategies. With experience as a conversion copywriter at CW Creative, Colleen focuses on strategic storytelling to enhance brand communication. Previously, as a project manager at Hyde Park Business Improvement Association, Colleen supported over 300 small businesses in developing digital strategies and executed community marketing initiatives. A background in IT operations and customer service at TD, along with diverse roles in communications and promotions, complements Colleen's extensive skill set.
