Jay Wade

Dr. Jay Wade is the Director of Strategy, Impact & Measurement at Start Early, where they lead impact measurement and strategic planning for a national nonprofit focused on early learning and care. With a strong background in evaluation, project management, and capacity building, Jay has held roles such as Executive Director and Director of Evaluation at Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation (PIE) Org, as well as serving as a staff therapist at the Chicago Children's Center for Behavioral Health. They previously worked as a Research Associate at Loyola University Chicago and have taught graduate courses in evaluation and research methods. Jay earned a Ph.D. in Research Methodology from Loyola University Chicago and holds an M.A. in Community Counseling.
