Shira Hoffer

Shira Hoffer is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within human resources and operations. Starting a career at MIND CTI as an HR Manager, Shira progressed through several companies, including adam-milo and HIT-Hadar Itzhak Technologies Ltd., where roles encompassed HR and operations management. From June 2010 to May 2013, Shira worked as an Account Manager at Hadas Harel consulting for HR, before joining Start.io in July 2013, where responsibilities advanced from HR Manager to Director of Human Resources, ultimately becoming the VP of Human Resources. Shira Hoffer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Rupin, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
