Start Network
Heather Brown is an experienced research professional currently working as a Researcher with Start Network since January 2021 and as a Public Engagement Research Assistant at the University of Southampton since October 2020, where responsibilities include designing public engagement events and conducting literature reviews on critical environmental issues. Previously, Heather served as a Customer Service Specialist at dryrobe Ltd and held multiple roles at the University of Southampton, including Field-course Supervisor and Student Mentor. Heather's academic background includes a PhD in Social Environmental Science and a BSc with Honours in Environmental Science, complemented by experience in event management and support roles in the earlier career.
