Joyce Nyaboga is a highly experienced professional in network development, capacity strengthening, and health system governance. Currently serving as Senior Network Development Advisor for Start Network, Joyce focuses on empowering locally-led hubs to achieve independence through co-designed systems and processes. Previously, Joyce held the position of Capacity Strengthening Advisor for Save the Children International, where program management encompassed technical leadership for the USAID Advancing Nutrition Project in Kenya. Past roles include Senior Governance Specialist at Palladium, Health Information Liaison Officer for the WHO in Somalia, and various positions with organizations such as BBC Media Action and IntraHealth International, demonstrating a strong background in health systems management and coordination. Joyce holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and an Executive Master's in Public Policy and Administration from Kenyatta University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Education Arts from Egerton University. Additionally, Joyce is certified in Project Management.
