Serena Suen served as an English teacher at Fanling Lutheran Secondary School from 2009 to 2012 before advancing to various roles in the humanitarian sector, including Programme Support Assistant at Tearfund and Program Quality Coordinator at Relief International. They held multiple positions at Start Network, starting as Start Fund Programme Manager and advancing to Head of Start Funds, a role they currently occupy. Serena completed a Master of Arts at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science at The University of Edinburgh, following a dual Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Education from The University of Hong Kong.
