Simon Moore

Simon Moore is the Head of Communications and Digital at START Network, with over 20 years of experience in communications and programme strategy across various sectors, including global health and conflict resolution. They have previously held senior positions at organizations such as Avert, Saferworld, and the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, where they led communications and programme management initiatives. Simon has developed a strong record of promoting teamwork, innovation, and effective programme delivery. They hold a Master of Science in Behaviour Change and a Master’s in International Relations, both with distinctions, alongside a BA in Politics and French.
