Clint Matthews has a diverse work experience. Clint co-founded Start Right Foods in 2015, where they helped launch an innovative line of protein-packed, gluten-free Belgian waffles. As the CEO and co-founder of Talariant from 2014 to 2016, Clint led efforts to commercialize a new antiseptic drug delivery mechanism. At Cardioptimus from 2013 to 2015, they led the commercialization of an embolic protection device. Prior to that, they served as the CFO of AmiraLin LLC from 2012 to 2014, where they successfully brought a novel HVAC product to market. Clint also had experience working in a sales capacity at Boone County Lumber, where they achieved impressive sales results, managed inventory, and developed relationships with manufacturers and vendors. Additionally, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in Tech Transfer at the University of Missouri from 2011 to 2012 and as a BioDesign Business Fellow at the same university from 2012 to 2013.
