Марина Аспедникова started their career as a Specialist in Casting Cafe from June 2012 to December 2016, where they specialized in recruiting actors. In November 2020, they joined Start as a recruiter, eventually becoming an IT Recruiter in September 2021. During their time at Start, they were responsible for sourcing specialists in various fields including IT, back office, legal, editorial, translators, and products. Марина also worked with hiring managers to determine job requirements and created vacancy profiles. Additionally, they maintained recruitment reports in Potok and actively sought out new sources and methods to attract necessary specialists through channels such as HH, LinkedIn, and TG. Марина also onboarded new recruiters to the team. Марина'stenure at Start ended in August 2021.

Марина Аспедникова attended Russian State Social University from 2004 to 2009. During their time there, they studied translation but did not obtain a specific degree in this field.
