Daniel Jacob is the Owner and CEO of STARTEAM GLOBAL, having taken on this role in 2022. Previously, from 2009 to 2022, they served as Managing Director and Owner of CML EurAsia and its related entities, overseeing operations and sales across multiple Asian countries. Starting their career in the tourism industry, Daniel joined the family business in Germany in 2003 and later transitioned to focus on developing CML in Hong Kong. They have enhanced their leadership skills through coaching, becoming a qualified Coach under WABC standards. Daniel is passionate about fostering teamwork and inclusivity, believing strongly in the potential of every individual to make a difference.
