Eric Götzen

Eric G. currently serves as a Senior Sales Engineer for Strategic Accounts at Red Canary, a position held since September 2017, following various roles within the company including Sales Engineer and Technical Account Manager for Incident Response Partners. Prior to Red Canary, Eric G. worked at American Family Insurance as a Cyber Security Threat Specialist from August 2012 to September 2017, and held the position of Power Systems Specialist at Green Mountain Power from January 2007 to July 2012. Eric G. also gained experience as an Information Technology System Administrator at Rutland Windsor Supervisory Union from June 2005 to 2012 and as a Technical Support Technician Tier 2 at the University of Rhode Island from June 2004 to July 2006. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Rhode Island and a Master's of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University.
