Pamina Lin

Pamina Lin is a Process Engineering Manager, P.Eng. at Startec Compression & Process and Startec Service, where they have been since 2025. Previously, Pamina served as an Application/Process Engineer at Startec Renewables and as a Process/Application Engineer at Propak Systems Ltd. They hold a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University, where they also worked as a House Manager at the Information and Visitor’s Center. Pamina's early experience includes a role as a Student Researcher at Novelis, where they developed and optimized production processes.
