Tanya Collison

Tanya Collison has extensive experience in people and culture management, customer service, and organizational change. Currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture Business Partners at StarTech.com since September 2010, Tanya has also led the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as an Organizational Change Management and Communications Lead. Previous roles at StarTech.com include managing various teams in customer service and sales support, where a focus on meeting service metrics and customer satisfaction was paramount. Additionally, Tanya has experience as a private yoga instructor, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga, and holds degrees in Anthropology and Human Resource Management from Western University and Fanshawe College, respectively.
