Adam Newman

Adam Newman is the Founder and CEO of AUGTHAT, an interactive augmented learning company established in January 2013, focusing on creating engaging educational programs through augmented reality and virtual environments. Additionally, Adam is a participant in the NYU Edtech Accelerator since October 2016, collaborating with StartEd Companies, Inc. to foster innovation in education entrepreneurship and technology. Serving as an Administrator in the Department of Education since September 1998, Adam has played a vital role in creating diverse learning communities and supporting staff. Prior experience includes being the CEO of Supreme Tutoring from January 2011 to January 2013. Adam Newman holds an Advanced Degree in Supervision and Administration from The College of Saint Rose, a Master's Degree in Special Education from Wagner College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Wagner College.
