Alan Todd

Alan Todd currently serves as the Vice Chairman of StartEd, providing senior growth advisory and executive education services to numerous EdTech and WorkTech companies. With extensive experience in leadership development, Todd founded the Udemy Leadership Academy and pioneered cohort-based learning, significantly impacting organizational learning through the creation of 20,000 cohorts. Prior to Udemy, Todd founded and led CorpU, a company focused on cohort-based learning for executive development, and KnowledgePlanet, a global learning management system. Todd's career began with founding KnowledgeSoft, a tech bootcamp provider acquired by Randstad.
