Elizabeth (Betsey) Schmidt is a seasoned professional in the EdTech sector, currently serving as a mentor to EdTech founders and as an adjunct professor in EdTech entrepreneurship at New York University. As the CEO and founder of MeshEd Collective, Elizabeth is dedicated to advancing educational technology initiatives. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Global Head of Centers of Excellence and Vice-President at Whittle School & Studios. Furthermore, Elizabeth contributes to Wesleyan University as a member of the Board of Trustees. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Wesleyan University and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Literature from New York University.
