Amiya Ranjan

Amiya Ranjan is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience in operations and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at STARTEK since March 2011, Amiya plays a critical role in the strategic direction and operational management of the business across three Malaysian locations, overseeing various functions including P&L management, growth analysis, and service excellence. Previously, Amiya held the position of Associate Vice President - Center Head, where leadership of center operations and the establishment of policies to enhance company culture were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles at Genpact as Senior Manager focusing on collections for GE Money, a Senior Executive position at Tata Teleservices during the launch of Tata Indicom, and a Team Leader role at Reliance Communications. Amiya holds an MBA in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from IBAT, Bhubaneswar, and a BA in Economics from Delhi University.
