Bharat Rao is the current Global CEO at Startek. Bharat has previously held positions as a Board Member at Indecomm Global Services, Managing Director at Credit Suisse, and Country Manager for Indonesia and Head of Financial Services for South East Asia at Actis Capital Partners. Rao has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has completed over US$2 billion of structured and acquisition finance in South East Asia.

Bharat Rao has an MBA in finance and marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BE in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
