Dwayne Wright

Dwayne Wright currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at STARTEK since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Site Director at IBEX from September 2018 to June 2020, and Strategic Business Unit Manager at Conduent between January 2017 and September 2018, where responsibilities included service delivery, operational oversight, and client relations. Prior to that, Dwayne held the position of SBU Manager at Xerox from February 2008 to January 2017, managing a team of 200, monitoring service levels, and handling training and attrition trends. Dwayne Wright holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literatures in English from the University of the West Indies, obtained in 2007.
