Shumanshu Thool

Shumanshu Thool is a graphic designer with experience at Aashman Foundation, where responsibilities included creating designs for social media, websites, and other materials while adhering to brand guidelines. Prior to this, Shumanshu worked as a Customer Support Advisor at both Magnum Group and Teleperformance, assisting customers with inquiries and complaints. Currently, Shumanshu serves as an Executive Operations (Image Verification Specialist) at Startek, focusing on verifying customer complaints related to image authenticity. Shumanshu holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya and a graphic design degree from MAAC.
