Stephanie Chapman has extensive experience in operations and correctional casework, currently serving as a Correctional Casework Manager at the Indiana Department of Correction since October 2017, following a role as a Correctional Caseworker/Counselor. Previously, Stephanie held various management positions at STARTEK beginning in September 2003, including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Stephanie's career also includes a tenure at ACCENT Marketing from June 2003 to June 2009, where responsibilities ranged from Manager of Customer Experience to Trainer and Quality Assurance Analyst. Stephanie completed education at Purdue Global between 2019 and 2022.
