Steve Ernest

Steve Ernest currently serves as the Senior Vice President of International Operations at Startek, starting in January 2019, where responsibilities include managing client engagement, business strategy, and P&L management for Fortune 100 companies across various sectors, including travel, technology, media, and banking. Previously, as Vice President of India International Operations, Steve oversaw a diverse portfolio of companies, such as Lenovo and Expedia Global, while at Aegis Global from April 2008 to January 2019. Additional roles at Aegis included Associate Vice President overseeing key accounts and Sr. Manager Operations for AOL, managing client relationships and operational strategies across North America and Europe. Academically, Steve earned an MBA in Finance & Information Technology and a BBA in Business Administration, complemented by early education in Economics.
