Danny Rickard

Danny Rickard is an experienced professional in creative and project operations, currently serving as the Director of Creative Services at StartEngine since June 2025. Prior to this role, Danny was a Business & Creative Operations Partner in consultancy and held various leadership positions at companies such as LeapPoint, Oneida Nation Enterprises, Cella, and NBCUniversal Media, LLC. Achievements include streamlining operations to enhance efficiency, managing multi-channel marketing content creation, and leading in-house agency teams through significant restructuring to adapt to evolving business needs. Danny holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication from the University of Washington and has completed additional training at Growth Tribe.
