Harrison Hodgin

Harrison Hodgin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and financial transactions. Currently serving as Sr. Corporate Counsel at StartEngine since August 2021, Harrison conducts diligence on early stage companies for crowdfunding initiatives and oversees the development of a secondary trading platform. Prior experience includes an Associate position at Sidley Austin LLP from September 2018 to April 2021, where representation of banks and borrowers in loan transactions was a key responsibility. Harrison also held roles as a Summer Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, a Summer Law Clerk at Alameda County Public Defender, and a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Joel C. Koury. An alumnus of Harvard Law School with a Juris Doctor degree, Harrison also holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature and Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
