Stefania Pombo

Stefania Pombo is an experienced professional in community engagement and onboarding, currently serving as the Head of Onboarding at StartEngine since September 2021, after holding titles as Senior Onboarding Manager and Onboarding Manager within the same organization. Prior to this role, Stefania worked as a Community Engagement Coordinator at Bright Research Group, coordinating workshops and initiatives related to policing alternatives and health equity. Experience with Lyft as a Community Affairs Coordinator involved designing outreach strategies for bikeshare expansion, while earlier positions with Bay Area Motivate and various volunteer roles focused on outreach and engagement within underserved communities. Stefania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
