StarterMotor is a UK Registered Charity based at Bicester Motion in Oxfordshire.

Our mission is to help the next generation discover, access and build careers within the classic and historic vehicle sector. We work across a wide range of professions, from mechanical technicians and engineers to journalists, salespeople, auctioneers and marketers, reflecting the diversity and opportunity within this vibrant industry.

For young people with a spark of curiosity or a passion for ‘old’ cars, the sector offers far more than a hobby. It provides a welcoming community and the potential for fulfilling long-term careers built on passion, craftsmanship, innovation and heritage.
