Iga Tkaczyk

Iga Tkaczyk is an experienced Product Manager at StarTex Software since August 2018, with a strong emphasis on competitive analysis, user feedback, and stakeholder insights to guide new product initiatives and launch offerings. Previously, Iga served as a Senior Business Analyst, where the development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Tier 3 escalations were key responsibilities. Iga’s early career included roles as a Business Analyst and Customer Success Representative, providing onboarding and support for over 150 customers. Prior to joining StarTex Software, Iga interned at Trinity Guard, contributing to product development within an Agile/Scrum team and presenting testing reports to international teams. Iga holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Biology with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
