Jaime Casap

Jaime Casap is an accomplished leader in education and organizational development, currently serving as the Founder and Chief Intrinsic Motivator at Autotelic Innovations since July 2024. Casap has held strategic roles as an advisor to Gift of College since January 2017 and has been the Chairman of the Board at Inquiry Schools since 2020. As a board member of Indigo Education Company since 2015, Casap focuses on student-centered learning. Previous experience includes providing strategic guidance as a Senior Strategic Advisor and Consultant across various organizations, serving as a Strategic Advisor to GEMS Education, and mentoring at Coplex. With a background as a 10th Grade Communication Skills Educator at Phoenix Coding Academy and significant roles at Google, including Chief Education Evangelist, Casap has demonstrated expertise in integrating technology into education and fostering talent development. Casap's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communications from the State University of New York at Brockport.
