Kevin Mott is the Director of Platform at StartGuides and the Founder & CEO of Scoutship since 2022. Previously, Kevin served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and held a Summer Associate position at The White House in 2016. Kevin also served in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain and Infantry Officer from 2010 to 2015. Kevin has been involved in academia as a Director on the COOP Board from 2016 to 2018 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the United States Naval Academy, along with Master’s degrees in Public Policy and Business Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School, respectively.
