Anene Bernard is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and contract law. Currently serving as the Assistant Legal Manager for the South zone at StarTimes Nigeria since October 2021, Anene handles a variety of legal matters, drafts and vets legal agreements, supervises external solicitors, and ensures compliance in acquisition contracts. Prior to this role, Anene was a Partner at Castle Law from January 2017 to March 2023, providing corporate advisory services and contract drafting. Anene began the legal career as a Legal Associate at Mexis and Associates from November 2014 to November 2016, representing clients and advising them on legal matters.
