Caroline Caselli

Caroline Caselli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social innovation and affordable housing. As CEO and Head of Product at Haven Connect since January 2015, Caroline developed a technology platform connecting low-income applicants with affordable housing managers, achieving a user base of 200,000 and influencing state housing policies. Caroline has also contributed as a Social Innovation Fellow at StartingBloc, promoting social change through collaboration with entrepreneurs and activists. Prior roles include managing support services at the Tenderloin Housing Clinic, serving on the Shelter Monitoring Committee for the City and County of San Francisco, and working as a bilingual case manager at Catholic Charities CYO, where Caroline consistently exceeded goals in housing placements. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Gender Studies from the University of Southern California.
