Alfred Lo is the co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Harvest B, where they create innovative plant-based meat solutions. With extensive experience in consulting and advisory roles, Alfred has contributed to various companies, including serving as a Managing Partner at Tank Stream Ventures and as an advisor for ShiftCare and SpendWatt. They are also involved with Startmate as a partner and have held positions on multiple boards, showcasing their leadership in the industry. Alfred holds an MBA from both New York University and the Australian Graduate School of Management, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
