Erika Enberg

Erika Enberg currently serves as a Coach for the Autumn24 & Spring24 Women Fellowship at Startmate and holds the position of Head of People at Main Sequence. In addition, Erika is a Director at Scalepath, where the focus is on leadership coaching and people advisory for scale-ups and digital businesses. Other roles include Mentor at Techstars and LaunchVic, and previously as Partner at True Search, Chief People Officer at Tibber, Board Member at HR Open Source, Director of People & Culture at Blacklane, and Vice President of People at door2door. Erika holds a Master of Science in Management from IÉSEG School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, with exchange studies in International Business at EDHEC Business School and Konkuk University.
