Melanie Cole

Melanie Cole is the Head of People & Culture at Uber Carshare since November 2017, previously serving as People and Culture Manager. In addition, Melanie has been a Coach for Startmate since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as People Operations Manager and Office Manager at Noggin from August 2012 to August 2017, and as Desktop Publisher at National Australia Bank from February 2009 to May 2012. Whitney also worked as a Personal Assistant at Walker Corporation and as a Planning Administrator at Hillross Financial Services earlier in their career. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Australian Catholic University and advanced HR studies at the Australian HR Institute from 2019 to 2021.
