Olivia Dyet

Olivia Dyet has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Olivia is currently the Founder & Director of Empathix, an AI-powered recruitment platform in New Zealand and Australia. Olivia is also an Autumn23 Founder Fellow at Startmate. In 2022, they founded GlobalKindNFT. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Senior Consultant/Associate at Humankind, where they helped organizations establish employee-centric workplace cultures. Olivia has also worked as a self-employed consultant, designing and implementing people strategies for organizations. Earlier in their career, they held positions at The Warehouse Group, including Director of People Transformation and Head of People Experience.

Olivia Dyet attended Auckland University of Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business (BBus) degree in Management. Prior to attending university, Olivia Dyet also attended Pinehurst School, although the specific duration and field of study are unknown.
