Yanira Borges

Yanira Borges is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Systems Manager at StartOut since October 2022, Yanira co-founded SideKick Tools, Inc. in January 2017, where the innovative SideKick Check-Ins™ app was developed to enhance workplace culture and productivity. As Community Director and Founder of Yanira Dares Collective since January 2020, Yanira fosters a network of women to inspire and motivate one another through events and workshops. Previously, as Co-Founder and COO of Anita Mallory Designs, LLC, Yanira successfully managed the launch of a direct selling company and international product sourcing, while earlier roles included Business Development Manager at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP and Account Manager & Office Manager at State Farm®. Yanira holds education credentials from Skidmore College and The University of Texas at Arlington.
