Melanie Barber MInstD

Melanie Barber MInstD has extensive experience in project management and operational leadership within the infrastructure sector. Melanie held roles such as Quality and Completions Manager at Visionstream Pty Ltd and later served as Managing Director for Visionstream NZ, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement and project oversight for the UFB Project. Subsequently, Melanie worked as Project Director for Ventia Pty Ltd, contributing to essential infrastructure services across multiple sectors. Most recently, Melanie has assumed the position of Senior Leader at StarTrack. In addition to professional experience, Melanie is pursuing an MBA at the Australian Institute of Business, complementing a Post Graduate degree in Project Management from Auckland University of Technology.
