Amol Mathur

Amol Mathur is the Head of Platform Infra at StarTree. Amol was previously the Senior Engineering Leader at Splunk from January 2020 to October 2021, responsible for building petabyte scale data streaming products. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Technology at Publicis Sapient from September 2011 to January 2020, where they led multiple cross discipline teams across ecommerce, SRE and IoT data platform. Amol has a successful track record of leading technical teams and improving release velocity. Amol also introduced and implemented SRE principles and practices across ecommerce and data platforms teams, resulting in significant reductions in production incidents and application errors.

Amol Mathur graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science from Aligarh Muslim University. Amol then went on to complete a Technology & Leadership program in Marketing Technology and Corporate Leadership from SapientNitro CMTO University.

Amol Mathur reports to Kishore Gopalakrishna, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Aaron Gingras - Head of Demand Generation, Swami Sundaramurthy - Head of Engineering, and Karin Wolok - Head of Developer Marketing and Community.
