Divya Apte, PMP, SAFe PO, currently serves as the VP of Product & Client Experience at StartStak and advises South Asian Success and ZapScale on customer success and AI automation, respectively. With a strong background in customer onboarding, retention, and team management, past roles have included VP of Customer Success at Field2Base and Director of Program Management at Inspire Diagnostics, where significant improvements in customer engagement and operational efficiency were achieved. As a co-founder of PETAL Wildlife, Divya demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, achieving remarkable email engagement metrics. Previous experience at Thales and Mitsubishi Electric involved managing large-scale projects and developing competitive consumer electronics, contributing to substantial revenue growth and customer satisfaction improvements. Divya holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University and Wright State University, respectively.
