Dharani Dharan

Dharani Dharan's work experience includes a role as Head of Operations at Venture Atom, where they focused on strategy, execution, talent acquisition, and building high-performing teams. Prior to that, they served as the Director of the Founders' Office at impacteers.club. They also co-founded Supersub, where they led a team in building a fitness training platform and were responsible for content creation and team hiring. As a co-founder of Scoutnex, they led a team in developing an athlete talent discovery platform and successfully scaled the user base. Dharani Dharan completed their education in a chronological order. Dharani started their academic journey at Akt Academy Metric Higher Secondary School, where they obtained a Tenth degree in Science from 1993 to 2005. Following that, they attended SVM and completed their Plus Two degree in Science from 2005 to 2007. Dharani Dharan then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Anna University, specializing in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Lastly, they attended Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Bengaluru, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing from 2014 to 2016.
