Adrian Pleșca is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in leadership and mentorship roles. Currently serving as an Organizer for the NYC chapter of Startup Grind since January 2024, Adrian is eager to engage with founders and stakeholders. As the Chief Executive Officer of GRAI Management Consulting since January 2020, Adrian has honed expertise in market research and customer development, additionally mentoring at Dreamups from October 2020 to May 2024. Adrian co-founded Remotico.pro, delivering consultancy services to over 50 emerging startups, including several tech unicorns. A governance internship as Assistant to the Mayor of Chișinău occurred from January to August 2020, while earlier leadership positions include Chairman of the European Pupils Association and Orasul Meu, where significant initiatives were implemented in the municipality.
