Bill Chea

Bill Sokhy Chea is an accomplished leader with a diverse range of experience in various organizations. Currently serving as the Local President of JCI Chaktomuk since January 2024, Bill is committed to developing young leaders and executing impactful projects. As Director of Ignite Cambodia since July 2016, Bill has overseen the Ignite Talks initiatives, while also holding the position of Chief Executive Officer at Bluu and Co-Founder and Managing Director of OMOHub. Bill is actively involved in the startup community, serving as Community Leader at Techstars and Chapter Director at Startup Grind in Phnom Penh. Additionally, Bill has played a pivotal role as Lead Organizer and Curator for TED Conferences in the region and holds the title of Country Director for AIESEC Alumni International. Former roles include Marketing and Communication Specialist at Smart Axiata and National Vice President of Organisational Development at AIESEC. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communications from Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
