Michael Thaney is an experienced professional currently serving as the Innovation Partnership Manager at Constellation Brands since June 2018, focused on enhancing value through digital innovation by fostering relationships within the startup and tech community. In addition, Michael holds roles as Director at Startup Grind, Venture Partner at Wefunder, and Innovation Coach and Adjunct Faculty at the Rochester Institute of Technology's Saunders College of Business, mentoring student startups. Previously, Michael spent over a decade at Accenture Digital, ultimately leading the Digital Innovation practice for the Midwest and managing various digital marketing teams. Earlier experience includes serving as a Workflow Consultant at Hyland Software. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
