Josh Carter

Josh Carter is the Director at Startup Haven. Prior to this, they were with Washington Maritime Blue, 1859 Ventures, and WeWork. Josh has also been the CEO (interim)/Chief Operating Officer at Patriot Boot Camp presented by Techstars.

Josh has a wide range of experience in the business and startup world. Josh has helped startups grow their businesses and achieve their goals through programs like VetHacks, the Veteran Founder Initiative, and by connecting them to resources like accelerators, customers, investors, and mentors.

Josh Carter attended the Academy of Art University where they studied 3D art and animation.
