Jim Thomas

Jim Thomas is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in technology and innovation with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Founder and President of JPT Ventures, Jim is dedicated to pioneering sustainable solutions that leverage technology for impactful change. Additionally, Jim co-founded Karman Line to enhance global collaboration in space exploration and serves as an Executive Advisor for the U.S. Space Force Historical Foundation. With roles as a competition judge for major startup events like Unicorn Battle and NASA's iTech, Jim actively supports emerging technologies. Previous leadership positions include Partner at Kirenaga Partners, Founder and CEO of Central Florida Tech Alliance, and Executive Director roles at both the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce and Orlando Trep. Jim's academic background includes a Master's degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy & Management from the same institution.
