Maria Chen is a dedicated medical student at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, expected to graduate with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2024. In addition to academic pursuits, Maria has held various roles including Teacher Assistant at the University of Maryland, where responsibilities included assisting in BSCI440: mammalian physiology. As a Research Scientist at Seattle Genetics and a Research Assistant at Shackman Neurology Lab, Maria has contributed to significant studies involving fMRI data analysis and neurology research methods.
