Mona Ali has extensive experience in project management and product development. At US Viking LLC from January 2015 to July 2022, Mona served as Project Manager and successfully led teams in adopting agile and lean methodologies, resulting in numerous product launches and improved software quality. Additionally, Mona established effective project governance and workflows that enhanced team collaboration and communication. Prior to this role, Mona contributed as an R&D Engineer, working with the Associated Press on the ENPS (Electronic News Production System) to develop new features that boosted customer adoption. Currently, Mona holds the position of Product Manager at Economic Impact Catalyst, starting in February 2024.
