Joy G. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joy co-founded StartupVoyager in 2017 where they served as the Chief Strategy Officer. In 2022, they co-founded ExperiWise. Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Joy worked at ABP Group as an Assistant Editor from 2015 to 2017, where they focused on in-depth reporting in the Telecommunication and Automobile sectors and assisted the bureau chief in Aviation and Finance Ministry coverage. Before that, they were the Content Marketing Head at FreeMind PitStop in 2014, responsible for content creation and marketing for the company's blog and website. Joy also has experience as a journalist, serving as a Special Correspondent for The Financial Express from 2013 to 2014 and ABP Group from 2006 to 2013.

Joy G. completed their MBA in Finance and Marketing at IILM from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their degree, Joy obtained certifications in Hootsuite and Inbound from Hootsuite Media Inc. and HubSpot, respectively, in November 2014.
